Usage balance and plans
What the RM usage balance is, what spends it, and what actually happens when a bill goes unpaid.
Your agent runs on a usage balance denominated in RM, so the arithmetic stays easy to follow: you can always read it as ringgit and sen, not an abstract unit.
What spends the balance
Every reply is priced on the text your agent reads and the text it writes: and most of it is the reading: your business facts, your knowledge, your catalogue and the conversation so far all go in every time. So a typical reply costs around 3 sen, whether the question was long or short. On top of that:
- Listening to a voice note, or looking at a photo, adds a flat RM0.02: on the Agent plan, which is the only one that can read them at all.
- Replying out loud adds RM0.02, also on the Agent plan.
- The short memory your agent keeps about each customer costs too. It is real AI work, not bookkeeping.
- Replies you type yourself cost nothing at all.
What you get each month
Free includes a RM5.00 monthly allowance. The Agent plan includes a RM20.00 monthly allowance per agent. Either way the allowance resets at the start of each month, and Usage shows what you have spent and what is left.
On the Agent plan that allowance is per agent, not pooled. Three agents each get their own RM20.00: a busy agent cannot spend a quiet sibling's share, and a quiet one running low never silences the rest of the workspace. Only a purchased top-up is shared across every agent on the account.
Buying more
You can top up from the Billing page in a few fixed RM sizes. A top-up never expires, and it is only spent once an agent's own monthly allowance is gone: so topping up early never costs you anything.
Your usage balance is a prepaid, non-refundable service balance for aiBalas usage. It is not money you can withdraw or transfer.
Plans
Free costs nothing. The Agent plan is RM50 per agent per month, so what you pay follows how many agents you actually run. Adding one starts it straight away and bills a part-month charge for the rest of the current month. Removing one stops it straight away, and there is no refund for the days remaining.
If a bill goes unpaid
Only an unpaid subscription bill suspends your workspace. An unpaid top-up, or an unpaid charge for adding an agent, is just an unpaid one-off: your agents keep answering. So if your balance is running low, topping up is always safe.
Using your own AI provider
On a paid plan you can connect your own OpenAI-compatible provider from the Billing page. Replies then run on your account with them and cost no aiBalas usage balance at all: you pay your provider directly instead.
