Why we built it
Most Malaysian businesses sell through chat, and most of those chats arrive when nobody is free to answer: after closing, during a busy lunch, on a public holiday. A customer who waits usually buys somewhere else. aiBalas gives every business an agent that answers from the business's own information, takes bookings and leads, and hands over to a person the moment one is needed.
How we work
Prices are in ringgit, and the Free plan needs no card. You connect your own WhatsApp number, either through the official Meta connection (aiBalas is a Meta Verified Tech Provider) or with a QR link, and we tell you plainly what each one means before you choose. Your channels stay yours, and so do your customers' conversations.
