Shipping and Delivery Policy

aiBalas is an online software service operated by CLA AGENCY (company registration no. 202403287651 (JM1013966-X)). We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping fee, courier, or delivery address. Everything you buy is used online, through your aiBalas account at aibalas.com.

Paid plans and usage top-ups are delivered to your account automatically, as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment. That is usually within a few minutes of paying.

• A new paid plan at signup: your workspace opens once the first payment clears.
• An upgrade: the new plan applies to your account once the upgrade bill is paid.
• A top-up: the amount is added to your usage balance once the payment is confirmed.
• A renewal: a bill is issued for each new billing period, and your plan carries on as long as it is paid within the grace period shown on the bill.

Every bill, and whether it has been paid, is listed on your account’s Billing page.

If you have paid and your plan or balance has not changed after an hour, email [email protected] with the bill or payment reference and we will put it right. See our Refund Policy for what happens to a payment that went wrong.
