aiBalas is an online software service operated by CLA AGENCY (company registration no. 202403287651 (JM1013966-X)). You pay for a monthly subscription plan and, if you need more usage than your plan includes, for prepaid usage top-ups. Both are delivered online as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment. This page sums up the refund rules in our Terms of Service, which govern if the two ever differ.
You can open an account on the Free plan and use it without paying anything, so you can see whether aiBalas works for your business before choosing a paid plan.
Subscription payments are not refunded once the billing period has started, including the unused part of a period when you downgrade, move to the Free plan, or close your account. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the plan you paid for until then. You can stop at any time and will not be billed for the next period.
An upgrade is charged as a one-off bill for the difference between the two plans, prorated for the days left in the current period. Your plan only changes once that payment is confirmed; if you do not pay an upgrade bill, you are not charged and you stay on your current plan.
Top-ups are charged immediately and are not refundable. The amount you pay is added to your account’s usage balance, which is a prepaid service balance for aiBalas usage: it stays on the account, but it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
If you were charged twice for the same bill, or charged for a payment that never reached your account, contact us with the bill or payment reference. Once we confirm the error with the payment gateway, we refund the extra charge to the original payment method or apply the payment to your account, whichever you prefer.
